The Bar Association has signed a Protocol with the Agency for Integration, Migrations and Asylum, IP, with a view to making available the provision of services of a legal nature for the instruction of processes for granting extensions of stay, residence permits, renewals of residence permits, removal permits, as well as the granting and renewal of residence permits for investment activities (ARI), provided for in Law No. 23/2007, of July 4, in its current wording.
The aforementioned services will be provided by Lawyers and Trainee Lawyers who, within the scope of public procurement procedures to be promoted by AIMA, will be part of fellowships and teams to be created depending on the type of processes.
The services will be provided in person and/or via teleworking, with due financial compensation in terms to be defined by AIMA.
As soon as the public hiring procedure begins, the Bar Association will publish this information for the knowledge of all Associates.
